1974
The Beginning
Initial steps were taken at Hermann Wader Toy Factory in Radevormwald, with exports growing to represent more than 50% of total sales.
1980
The first products
The company began developing its own products, including Garage No. 1, Truck No. 1, and many other innovative creations.
1993
Acquisition of Plasticart
The company Plasticart, based in Annaberg-Buchholz, was acquired from the Treuhand agency. A new production facility was subsequently built in Elterlein, with investments totaling more than 10 million euros.
2000
Company Acquisition
The company Wader Quality Toys in Radevormwald was taken over from his father, Hermann Wader.
2014
Founding of Wader International Sales
Wader International Sales was founded with a focus on developing and marketing products in cooperation with international producers.
2025
